I'm a strategist, product leader, and writer who has spent my career understanding people — what they need, what they value, how they behave, and what businesses can learn from them.
I've worked across consumer health, media and entertainment, e-commerce, fintech, AI & data, and technology — from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies.
My work often starts with the same questions:
What do people actually need? What can we learn from their behavior? Where is the opportunity? And what should the business do about it?
I've used customer research, behavioral data, market and competitive analysis, experimentation, and strategy to answer those questions — turning insights into new products and experiences, personalization strategies, growth opportunities, and go-to-market decisions.
My background spans product, marketing, strategy, and technology, allowing me to move between disciplines and connect perspectives that don't always naturally sit together.
Outside of my work in technology, I'm a writer and creator of The Hungry Loner, where I've explored food, travel, cities, solitude, culture, and belonging. Writing has sharpened how I observe people, find patterns, and tell stories — skills that also shape how I approach strategy.
