Walmart Shipping Pass

Summary
With growing customer demands and expectations for faster shipping and competition from Amazon, Walmart eCommerce needed to develop and execute a new subscription delivery service that would drive higher CLTV.

Program Launched
As an Interactive Producer I partnered with executive leadership, user research, product management, UX design, engineering and product marketing teams to launch Walmart’s first shipping subscription program, ShippingPass.

Outcome
The program drove 2 million free trial sign ups in three months.
